How important is my e mail address and telephone number?
Extremely important. If your e mail address is wrong you will not get confirmation of your order and we cannot contact you in the event of a delay or other problem.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Paypal, Cheque, Cash and Postal Orders.

How are my goods delivered?
Orders are sent to you by Royal Mail first class, occasionally items delivered direct from the supplier may arrive by courier. Also if the parcel is very heavy we may also use a courier or Parcel Force.

Will someone have to sign for the delivery?
You will have to sign for the item if it is delivered by recorded post, Parcel Force or by a courier.

What if no one is in when the postman delivers?
He will leave a card through the letterbox, this will advise you that a delivery attempt was made and your parcel is now at your local Royal Mail Enquiry Office, there will be a phone number you can ring to arrange another delivery or you can go and collect the parcel in person. IMPORTANT. The Royal Mail will only hold your goods for about 7 days, after that time they are returned to us. We reserve the right to charge postage on re sent items.

I placed my order and nothing has arrived.
We dispatch orders Mon to Fri at various times throughout the day. However sometimes the carrier can take longer than expected for the item to arrive. Alternatively it could be we are having a problem with your payment method. Your credit card provider may not be approving the sale because the expiry date is incorrect, the issue number is wrong, or you have given us the short number not the long number in the middle of the card or you are over your credit limit. When a card is refused we have no idea why. We do email you as soon as possible to let you know there has been a problem.

My goods haven’t arrived and you have charged my credit/debit card.
Please see above. If it has been longer than 28 days then please get in contact straight away.

Can I return goods?
Yes you may return any goods but you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to let us know you wish to return the item. Goods must be returned within ten days of us giving you a returns address and details.

Do you charge a handling charge for returned goods?
We reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the price of the goods returned.

What other information shall I send with any returned goods?
Your MUST send us a note with your name and address with any returned goods. Fairlure to do so will mean returned items will not be credited to you.

What do I do if you have sent me the wrong stuff?
We are very acurate when sending out items but occasionally we (or the supplier who sent the item direct to you) make mistakes. Please contact us as within 3 days of the order arriving and we will arrange to send the order again and deal with the incorrect items.

What do I do if the goods are damaged when they arrive.?
Please contact us immediately and do not sign for the goods. If you sign for the goods on your doorstep you are signing that they are in un-damaged condition.

What if my goods are faulty?
We supply all our products in good faith, occasionally problems do happen and we will of course try to sort the problem out. E-mail us at sales@funkystyling.co.uk with a brief note of what is wrong. We will get back to you with instructions on what we are going to do.

What if my chosen goods are out of stock?
As many of our items come from across the world it may be that the specific item you have ordered is not in stock in our UK warehouse. If this is the case then the item will be ordered either direct to you from the supplier or from our office in Japan direct to you. You can contact us ay any time for an order update.

I have received some of my order but not all of it?
Sometimes due the nature of the order it may be packed in more than one box, and they can arrive at different times or it is possible one or more items were out of stock, therefore we have sent all available items and the remainder will be backordered for you. Some items are delivered direct from the supplier and may arrive separately.

Why didn’t I receive an e-mail confirmation of my order?
If you typed your e mail address incorrectly, for example .co.uk when it should be .com or you have put www. in front of the email address (emails do not have www.) then it may be that your order has got lost. Please try to order again as you should get an order confirmation within a few minutes of you checking out from our site.

Can you deliver to another address?
Yes we can, but you will have to email with the revised details.

Why do you need to know make model and year of car?
Many items are vehicle specific, it allows us to check that you will receive the correct item.

Are all your products road legal?
Most items are road legal. We accept no liability what so ever for any legal action taken against you and it is in your own interests to check with the relevant authorities.

Are my goods guaranteed?
Yes they carry the manufacturers guarantee whatever that may be.

Why does the packaging material you sent my goods in look second hand?
It is the policy of Funky Styling to attempt to recycle as much packaging material as possible to reduce costs and also to help save the planet 🙂

Why when I keep trying to call you I cant get through, or I just get an answer machine?
We are often extremly busy and dont always have the time to answer the phone. The best way to contact us is through email as we have dedicated staff to answer email throughout the day. You can also often speak to a member of staff on MSN or AIM chat networks – see our Customer Support page for details.
